Who We Are
Cohesive Logic is comprised of a team of seasoned industry experts located across the United States. Our corporate headquarters is located in Issaquah, Washington, approximately 10 miles from the Microsoft campus and 20 miles from downtown Seattle and our employees our located across the United States. We utilize Office 365 for our main productivity tools including Office Professional Plus 2010, Exchange Online for email, Lync Online for IM and video chat and SharePoint Online for team sites. While the majority of our work is performed remotely, we are happy to travel to customer locations when requested.
Jeremy Phillips - Founder & President
Cohesive Logic was founded by Jeremy in 2008. Jeremy has worked in IT since 1993, starting with OpenVMS on a DEC MicroVAX 3100, spending roughly six years as a Unix admin (Solaris, Linux & Tru64) before finally moving to specialize in Microsoft infrastructure since 2002.
He was a Sr Operations Engineer for Outlook.com, the largest Exchange implementation in the world, spent years as a road warrior consultant delivering Professional Services for Quest Software and has migrated over 1,000,000 mailboxes.
In Jeremy’s most recent position he was Director of Operations at Azaleos Corp.
Scott Thomas - Senior Consultant
Scott has worked in IT since 1994, starting as a Windows Systems Administrator and database developer. Scott is a native of South Australia and moved to the United States in 2006.
He was the Operations Site Lead for Outlook.com, the largest Exchange implementation in the world, totaling over 40,000,000 mailboxes when he left, and has worked on some of the largest System Center Configuration Manager and Hyper-V virtualization projects in the world.
In Scott’s most recent position he was Director of IT Services at Lincoln Bay.
IT Pros
Cohesive Logic IT Pros are experts in their field, available on demand. All of our IT Pros have a minimum of 10 years of professional industry experience and are Microsoft Certified Professionals.
Brandon DeZalia - Senior Consultant – Active Directory, Exchange and Virtualization expert with significant experience in AD/Exchange migrations, consolidations and upgrades. Brandon is a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer and is certified in Quest Migration Manager for Exchange, Migration Manager for Active Directory and Exchange Migration Wizard.
Kevin Miller - Principal Consultant – Exchange and OCS/Lync expert. Kevin is a former Microsoft Exchange Server MVP and published technical author.
